crooton Ltd does not act as a recruitment agency or employment business as defined in the Employment Agencies Act 1973. We do not introduce or supply candidates to employers. Our role is limited to sharing job opportunities based on your specified interests and preferences.

2. Definitions

  • "Personal Data" – any data that identifies a Candidate, as defined by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • "Service" – the job alerting, communications, or other career-related support offered by crooton Ltd] to Candidates.

3. Our Service

  • We match and share opportunities that align with your preferences (such as location, sector, or job type).

  • You are under no obligation to respond to or apply for any of the opportunities we share.

  • We do not screen, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any opportunity or employer. You are solely responsible for assessing whether to apply for or accept any opportunity.

  • We do not perform pre-employment checks and are not involved in your recruitment process with any employer.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the preferences and information you provide are accurate and up to date.

  • You must not misuse our Service or impersonate another person.

  • You remain responsible for your own job applications, communications with employers and any resulting employment decisions.

5. Data Protection and Privacy
