So we are pleased to hear that according to a Linked In survey, The Future of Recruiting 2023, that is now becoming the case with 87% of recruiting professionals saying the TA role has become a more strategic function over the past year. The importance of the talent acquisition role is integral to business success, so surely its objectives and the role of TA has to be fully integrated into C-Suite, and aligned to corporate goals.
