Fact-driven talent decisions: Data modelling, AI, predictive analytics

A *PwC survey mentioned that 73% of its respondents think technology can never replace the human mind (here’s hoping!), but 37% are worried about automation putting their job at risk.
Whatever the case, businesses have to gear up. A Harvard Business Review study found that 97% of those people interviewed whose organisations had embraced automated steps in the talent acquisition process reported that such automation had been valuable to some extent in improving this process.
Organisations are leveraging data to make strategic talent decisions, identifying areas of untapped pools of potential job seekers, and establishing workforce trends. AI is also becoming a very important tool to help support businesses’ commitment to diversity and inclusion practices.
